I'd like to go annapurna circuit cycling with few friends does anyone have a itinerary. enough details will be appreciated and the cheapest way possible :). Thanks in advance

The most popular itinerary for annapurna circuit mountain biking starting and ending travel from Kathmandu is:

Day 1:   Kathmandu (1400m) to Besishar (760m)
Day 2:   Besishar (760m) to Tal (1700m) - Distance: 37.4km
Day 3:   Tal (1700m) to Chame (2670m) - Distance: 22.6km
Day 4:   Chame (2670m) to Manang (3540m) - Distance: 29.7km
Day 5:   Manang Rest, Exploration and Acclimatization
Day 6:   Manang (3540m) to Throng Phedi (4450m) - Distance: 19km
Day 7:   Throng Phedi (4450m) to Muktinath (3760m) via Throng La (5416m) - Distance: 22km
Day 8:   Muktinath (3760m) to Tukuche(2590m) via Lupra Valley - Distance: 32km
Day 9:   Tukuche (2590m) to Tatopani (1190m) - Distance: 42km
Day 10: Tatopani to Beni and Back to Pokhara
Day 11: Back to Kathmandu

Note: The measurement within a bracket is the elevation/height of the location.
