List of fruits by season in nepal

Hi guys,

I have been trying to know about fruits and its production season in Nepal for the sake of health. Since GMO produced crops are very poisonous, I am only trying eat fruits based on its season. So I would really appreciate if anybody could help me with this.

Consuming fruits based on season is very good and healthy thought. Here's the list so far I know, and will keep updating as I gather more information on it.

Summer

  • Mango (Aap)
