Which bank in nepal provides best customer service?

Hello guys,

I am thinking of opening a bank account in Nepal, but confused on which bank to choose. I prefer choosing a bank with really good customer service but as we all know customer service in most of nepal bank's is really bad. So any suggestion guys?

I am having fine experience with Sanima Bank, Laxmi Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, but just for normal tasks like cash deposit, withdrawal, and inquiry. In past year, I had to get an education loan from SBI Bank in which I had a nightmare working with them. I just went for an inquiry about getting education loan in SBI Bank's Jawakhel branch, a staff to whom I need to inquire wasn't very responsive. She was a very rude woman and I felt like she doesn't even want to talk with me. Also my friend had a cash withdrawal problem through ATM from NMB bank. He didn't received his money but bank did deducted the amount from his deposit. He later reported this problem to NMB bank also submitted a form for this according to banks policy, yet he didn't received his money.
