Why is bitcoin Mining illegal in Nepal?

Actually making a bitcoin transaction in Nepal is illegal. By transaction I mean, like you can make a transaction exchanging US dollar to Nepalese Rupees. This is illegal in case of BitCoin to Nepalese Rupees. I am not 100% sure, but I would recommend you to not to do anything regarding BitCoint unless you are sure about what you are doing. At the moment, there's no ICT (Information and Communication Technology) policy with regards to cyptocurrency in Nepal. So its kind of illegal to make a cryptocurrency transaction from/to Nepal.
